Roundup for 1/22/10

by Mike on January 22, 2010

I’ve been pretty busy lately but I’m trying to catch up on my reading.  Here’s a few of the better blog posts I’ve read over the last few days…

FrugalDad inspired me to pick up a pedometer and start walking 10,000 steps a day.  So far, I’m surprised how few steps I take during the day.  I’ll post more about this soon.

The BargainBabe calculates which is the better investment…feeding the meter or risking a ticket.

The Frugalista posted about a club that offers ladies free drinks based on their bra sizes.   The bigger their boobs the more drinks they get.   Some people call it sexist…some people call it brilliant marketing.

At TheDigeratiLife you can pick up a gourmet coffee recipe and make your own starbucks coffee.

Jim Wang at Bargaineering asks the question Do Expiration Dates on Drugs or Vitamins Matter?

Trent Hamm of TheSimpleDollar makes a great point that increasing your income is at least as powerful as saving money.
