Options Trading Education
Have you ever read the book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki?
It’s been a few years since I first read it, but there’s one thing that has stuck in my mind. Kiyosaki is talking about educating yourself so you can take charge of your own finances instead of relying on so-called experts.
Kiyosaki asks you to imagine yourself getting stuck in traffic while driving to work. As you sit there on the highway that has now become a parking lot, you get more and more frustrated and aggravated. You glance over at the car sitting next to you and looking pretty frustrated and aggravated himself.
The point is that you rely on this guy to guide your finances into the future, but can he really do a better job than you? After all, he was really some kind of investing genius, wouldn’t he be relaxing on a tropical beach instead of sitting in traffic trying to get to his job?
Do it yourself investing is an interesting idea isn’t it? Sure it will take some time and effort to complete your stock and options trading education, but just think about how rewarding it will be to no longer need to rely on someone else to secure your financial future.
That DIY attitude is exactly what is taught by people like Robert Kiyosaki and Freddie Rick. Start by reading every investing book and magazine you can get your hands on. Take classes and attend seminars. Be a sponge and absorb everything you can until you are nothing but a lean, mean financial wizard!
