I took my kids to see Up in the movie theaters and they absolutely loved it!   It really is a heartwarming (though painfully sad at times) story that people of all ages can enjoy. 

And since my family is a huge fan of all the Pixar movies to date we will definitely be adding Up to our DVD collection .   

If you’re planning to grab a copy for yourself make sure you use the coupon at the link below and you’ll save $10 when you purchase the Up Blu-ray Combo pack. 

Unfortunately it doesn’t look like the coupon will work for the standard DVD version.   It’s only good for the more expensive edition with the DVD, Blu-ray, and digital copies of the film bundled together.

My two girls love board games (especially Memory) and they have a bunch of them that we play regularly.  It’s nice that they’re still young enough to enjoy such innocent fun. 

There are already a couple different games they’re hoping to get this Christmas so the printable rebate form below is just in time! 

The rebate is good for up to $69 in rebates on various Hasbro games including Monopoly, Battleship, Gator Golf, Memory, Ants in the Pants, Hungry Hungry Hippos, Connect 4, Operation, Chutes and Ladders, Candy Land, Elefun, Twister and more. 

If you view the form you’ll see the full list of eligible Hasbro games.  Just print it out and mail it in along with your cash register receipt dated 11/1/09 to 1/31/10 and you will receive a rebate of $2 or $3 for each game.  The only catch is that you have to buy them at Toys R Us.  Purchases made at other stores are not eligible.
